It reconciles emissions from fossil fuel combustion, cement production, and land-use change against the measured growth rate of atmospheric CO₂ and estimates of ocean and land carbon sinks. Country-level fossil CO₂ data for India goes back to 1959. Companion products include the Global Methane Budget and Global Nitrous Oxide Budget.
