Navadarshanam

Navadarshanam is a public charitable trust and rural community near the Tamil Nadu–Karnataka border. It treats its campus as a continuing experiment in lower-impact living, working across organic food, renewable energy, water, building methods, waste and the relationship between ecological practice and community life.

The trust also runs educational programmes and initiatives intended to support nearby small and marginal farmers. It is both a place and an organisation: the residential community carries out daily work, while a board of trustees holds the land and formal responsibility. Visitors should check current programme and stay information rather than assuming unrestricted public access to the campus.
