AiKosh

AiKosh is the Government of India’s national platform for AI resources, launched under the IndiaAI Mission. It hosts 358+ curated datasets spanning sector-agnostic and domain-specific categories, 220+ AI models including major Indic language models (Sarvam, BharatGen, AI4Bharat’s IndicTrans2, Bhashini speech models, Microsoft Phi series), and free GPU compute powered by AIRAWAT — India’s AI supercomputer. The platform also provides a model tryout feature (run models directly in the browser), competitions, toolkits, and sector-specific exploration (agriculture, healthcare, governance, energy). For Indian researchers and civic technologists, AiKosh makes compute and pre-trained models accessible without commercial cloud costs — a significant public good for the Indic language AI ecosystem.
