Jal Jeevan Mission Dashboard

The Jal Jeevan Mission reporting system tracks functional household tap connections in rural homes, schools and anganwadis. It offers state-to-habitation reports on connections, piped-water villages, water quality, schemes, village action plans, expenditure and the progression from reported to Gram Sabha-certified Har Ghar Jal status.

The dashboard is administrative monitoring data updated by states and union territories, not an independent household survey. A recorded connection does not by itself establish regular flow, quantity or water quality, and “reported” is distinct from “certified.” Use the detailed dated reports and retain the portal’s reconciliation notices when constructing local time series.
