Union Budget of India

The official Union Budget site publishes the Budget at a Glance, receipts and expenditure statements, demands for grants, the Finance Bill, fiscal-policy statements and ministry or scheme allocations. Its archive is the primary place to retrieve the documents as presented to Parliament, with spreadsheet versions available for many current tables.

Budget estimates, revised estimates and actual expenditure are different measures and should not be mixed. The site also warns that its system-generated Excel files are provided for convenience and the signed or published PDF is authoritative if values conflict.
