Open digital public good for managing healthcare facilities, patient records, critical care and distributed public-health operations
ohc.networkCARE is modular health infrastructure for facilities, hospitals and public health networks. It supports electronic patient records, encounters, facility and resource management, clinical workflows, critical-care coordination and analytics, with extensions for tele-ICU, home care and other service models.
The platform is maintained by the Open Healthcare Network Foundation and is listed as a Digital Public Good. Its code is free and MIT-licensed, but a safe production deployment requires clinical governance, secure hosting, configuration, training and compliance with applicable health-data rules.
