National Power Portal

The National Power Portal consolidates operational and historical information from electricity generation and transmission utilities. Its report library covers station- and fuel-wise generation, installed capacity, outages, coal and gas supply, hydro reservoirs, transmission lines, substations, electricity consumption and demand at all-India, regional and state levels.

Many reports are downloadable in both XLS and PDF, making the report library more reusable than the visual dashboard. Some dashboard panels retain stale labels or placeholders even while the published-report archive is current, so prefer dated files and record whether a figure is tentative, actual, daily or monthly.
